1. Standard Booking (Refundable Rate)
- Cancellations up to 7 days before check-in: Full refund
- Cancellations within 7 days of check-in: 50% charge
- Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows: No refund
2. Non-Refundable Booking
- 10% discount on standard price
- No cancellations or refunds allowed
- Date modifications not permitted
3. Early Departures & Modifications
- Early departures: Remaining nights non-refundable
- Post-booking modifications: Subject to availability and additional charges
4. Force Majeure & Exceptional Cases
In events of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be eligible for a credit voucher or partial refund at our discretion. Documentation may be required.
